INCORRECT ADDRESSES POLICY
I ship to the address provided by you, listed on your invoice. If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect shipping address, you are responsible for repayment of original shipping fees.
I am not responsible for replacement or refunds of orders sent to incorrect addresses, that are not returned (for example, suppose an order is delivered to an old address, and new tenants do not mark the package “Return to the sender”). Or that the package would take between 2-6 months to be sent back.
To avoid such a scenario, please ensure that all information is correct before checkout.

After I received payment I will proceed to the shipping. (Payments accepted; Paypal, credit cards, bank cards, Apple pay and Google pay. Sorry I d’ont acccept money postal order or checks). All prices are in Canadian dollar. I ship from Gatineau, Quebec within 1-3 business days. I go to the post office on Mondays and Thursdays. Tracking number can take +24hrs before updating.

Small Packet-USA 5-8 business days: It does not come with shipping tracking and delivery confirmation. And coverage insurance neither.

Tracked Packet-USA-4-7 business days:
Comes with shipping tracking, delivery confirmation and a coverage insurance of 100$ for lost or damaged items.
OR
Expedited Parcel-USA-4-7 business days:
Comes with shipping tracking, delivery confirmation and a coverage insurance of 100$ for lost or damaged items.
OR
Xpresspost-USA-2-3 business days:
Same options as Tracked Packet. Plus, on-time delivery guarantee and signature at reception.
INTERNATIONAL (Shipping in almost every country)-via Canada Post:

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Sorry, I don’t accept returns and exchanges for hygiene reasons. If I did an error with the order or the jewelry is damaged, please contact me as soon as possible (WITHIN 3 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY). I’m not responsible of the items damaged during transportation. If you didn’t receive your item and you think it may be lost, contact me as soon as possible. Then, I’ll take the further steps with you.
